About this map
This is THE signature sprint of the region. Perched on a hillside overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, Mojácar is one of Spain’s most spectacular white villages. Extremely narrow streets, staircases, dead ends and significant climb combine to create a unique sprint unlike anywhere else in Spain. This is a physically demanding area where route choice, climbing strategy and sharp navigation are equally important. After the training, enjoy a well-deserved ice cream and, of course, take some stunning pictures for your Instagram.
Good to know
- As Mojácar is extremely steep, contours are at 5 m intervals.
- As the multi-level area just after the start is full of shops, the northern, western and eastern gates are closed during the night, until roughly 10am, and on days when the shops are closed.
